About Dennis Gerard

Our head trainer, Dennis Gerard, has more than 30 years of weight lifting experience, and a decade of personal training experience. With a pre-med background and experience with eastern medicine, and nutrition – including whole food supplements – Dennis is passionate about supporting each client’s fitness and wholistic health.
