Did you know it takes 66 days to create a habit, according to the University College London? If you’re waiting on the New Year to make your changes – get started now! Here are some easy resolutions you can start today.

1. Drink more water- I tell my clients to drink a gallon of water a day!
2. Get more sleep! It’s the foundation for the rest of your day – eight hours is a good average, but you know your body.
3. Be active – 30 minutes a day is easy, that’s why our personal training sessions are 30 minutes. If you can’t make it in for a workout, go for a walk, or try jumping jacks or jump squats at home.
